Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
E1 Water inlet / no fill Medium Water enters the tub but the wash motor never activates. The unit sits with water in it and eventually displays E1. View E4 Overflow / flood sensor High The tub fills higher than normal, sometimes to the point where water is visible above the door sill when opened. View E6 Turbidity sensor fault Low The wash cycle completes but dishes retain food residue, grease, or spots because water temperature never reached effective cleaning levels. View E9 Heater / temp fault Medium The dishwasher completes its wash cycle but standing water remains in the bottom of the tub, several inches deep. View E15 Base pan flood detected High The unit halts during a wash or rinse phase and produces an alert tone. E15 appears on the display or status indicator. View E22 Filter clogged / drain blocked Low The full cycle completes but dishes and glasses have significant water droplets and pooling, especially on concave surfaces. View E24 Drain pump / drain failure Medium The dishwasher fills with water but simultaneously pumps it out, creating a fill/drain loop that prevents the cycle from proceeding. View E25 Drain pump blocked Medium The cycle starts but no water enters the tub. The wash motor may attempt to run dry, producing a loud grinding sound. View E27 Low / unstable supply voltage Medium Water appears on the floor beneath the dishwasher during the wash or rinse phase, originating from the motor area or supply connections. View HE Heater circuit error High The dishwasher completes cycles but water temperature never reaches the target 140 degrees F needed for sanitization and effective grease removal. View
