Run a descaling cycle

If you have never descaled the machine or it has been more than 3 months, a single descaling cycle may not be enough. Run it twice back to back for heavy buildup.

Unscrew the steam wand tip (frother nozzle) and soak it in warm water with a drop of dish soap for 15 minutes. Use a thin pin or the included cleaning tool to clear the steam holes.
