Common Symptom
F1
Control board fault
High
The turntable spins and the interior light comes on, but food remains cold after a full cycle. The magnetron is not receiving power due to the control board fault.
View
F2
Temp sensor fault
High
Sensor-based cooking modes like reheat or defrost run for incorrect durations because the cavity thermistor sends wrong temperature data, resulting in cold centers or overheated edges.
View
F3
Door switch fault
High
Pressing start with the door firmly shut produces no response. The display may show the time counting but the magnetron and turntable do not activate.
View
F5
Humidity sensor fault
Medium
Selecting sensor-based programs like auto-reheat, auto-defrost, or popcorn results in F5 or the button has no effect. Manual timed cooking still works normally.
View
PF
Power failure alert
Low
After a power interruption, the microwave clock resets and blinks, indicating the unit lost power during operation and needs the time re-entered.
View
SE
Stuck key / keypad error
Medium
Pressing one button activates a different function — for example, pressing 5 enters 8, or pressing Start activates the clock set mode.
