Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
E1 No compatible cookware Low The induction zone activates but produces no heat, and E1 appears on the display. The cookware placed on the zone is either non-ferromagnetic or too small for the coil to detect. View E3 Supply voltage out of range Medium The unit powers on but immediately displays E3 and disables all zones, or shuts down unexpectedly during cooking when a voltage fluctuation occurs. View F1 Control board failure High All induction zones de-energize suddenly and the display shows F1. The surface may be warm but cooking stops completely. View F2 Temperature sensor fault High One or more induction zones stop heating mid-use and the display shows F2. Other zones may continue working if only one sensor has failed. View F3 Cooling fan failure High Normally the internal cooling fan becomes audible within seconds of activating any zone. With F3, the fan is absent or barely spinning, and the cooktop shuts down to prevent overheating of the electronics. View F5 Power module overtemp High F5 most commonly appears after sustained high-power cooking — particularly when using multiple zones at high settings for extended periods. All zones cut out simultaneously. View IGN-FAIL Burner ignition failure Medium Turning the burner knob to ignite causes continuous clicking from the spark module, but no flame appears. This may occur on one burner or all burners simultaneously. View SENSOR-ERR Burner sensor error Medium The burner flame cycles or extinguishes unexpectedly at low settings. The cooktop's electronic simmer control cannot maintain the target temperature because the sensor feedback is unreliable. View
